SOLON SE hereby guarantees SOLON photovoltaic serial modules to end customers subject to the terms and conditions of the following independent Product and Performance Guarantee. Should SOLON SE be not capable to execute its warranty obligations arising from delivery contracts and guarantee commitments for deliveries starting from January 1, 2012, arising from this document, MICROSOL International LL FZE will step in all those warranty obligations and guarantee commitments to the full extent.
